How does it work?
For recruiters
Simply add a sentence to relevant job offers (marketing, sales, communications, internships, apprenticeships, etc.) inviting candidates to stand out with Impress, by adding a dedicated link.
You have a web interface to view the videos and ask the candidates written questions. They can then answer them, but still on video! Thanks to this innovative system, you get to know the candidate authentically, but without having to speak to him or her live.
Candidates
Candidates download a free mobile application, available on Android and iPhone.
They can prepare their presentation, then film themselves in several stages.
The application automatically edits the video, hosts it and provides them with a sharing link they can add to their application.
You can either access the video from the link provided, or directly from your dashboard on the web interface.
